- Individuals who received two or more unsolicited text messages or telemarketing calls from Albertsons, Star Markets Company Inc., Safeway Inc., or their affiliates.
- Messages received between June 1, 2023 and the date of preliminary settlement approval.
- Messages received after requesting to stop further communications.
