This settlement resolves claims that AMN Healthcare monitored or recorded communications of individuals physically present in California without their consent. Eligible class members may receive an award from the $4.5 million settlement fund.

You may be eligible if you:

• Individuals physically present in California.
• Whose communications were monitored or recorded by AMN Healthcare without prior consent.
• During the period between Dec. 4, 2022, and Aug. 7, 2026.

• Communications monitored or recorded without consent between Dec. 4, 2022, and Aug. 7, 2026.
• Proof is usually optional, but keep receipts if available

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.
