This settlement resolves claims that Synta Technology Corp. and other telescope manufacturers conspired to fix telescope prices. Eligible consumers who purchased specific telescope brands between January 1, 2005, and September 6, 2023, in participating states may be entitled to a payment.
Who qualifies
- Consumers who purchased Celestron, Orion, Skywatcher, Zhumell, or Meade telescopes.
- Purchases made between Jan. 1, 2005, and Sept. 6, 2023.
