Flagstar Bank has agreed to a $31.5 million class action settlement to compensate consumers whose personal information was compromised in data breaches during 2021. Eligible individuals can claim documented monetary losses up to $25,000, a pro rata payment of $60, up to $599, and an additional $100 for California residents.
