This settlement resolves claims related to a data privacy breach affecting users of the Duke MyChart patient portal and MyDuke Health app. Eligible individuals who logged into these platforms within the specified period may receive a cash payment.

You may be eligible if you:

• Individuals who logged into the Duke MyChart patient portal at least once between Feb. 18, 2019, and June 17, 2022.
• Individuals who logged into the MyDuke Health mobile app at least once between Feb. 18, 2019, and June 17, 2022.

• Basic contact information
• Logged into the Duke MyChart patient portal or MyDuke Health app between Feb. 18, 2019, and June 17, 2022.
• Proof of purchase or supporting documents

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.
