This settlement resolves claims that Lloyd’s of London conspired to raise insurance prices. Eligible class members who purchased or renewed contracts with specific Lloyd’s Syndicates within the defined period may be entitled to an award. Proof of purchase is required.

You may be eligible if you:

• Consumers who purchased or renewed an insurance contract with Lloyd’s Syndicates 727, 1003, 2003, 2020, and 2791.
• Contracts purchased or renewed between Jan. 1, 1997, and April 15, 2025.
