Alleged wrongful revocation of admission to the 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix without a refund.

This settlement resolves claims that Las Vegas Grand Prix Inc. and Liberty Media Corp. wrongfully revoked admission to the 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix without a refund. Eligible ticket holders who scanned their ticket for entry may receive compensation.

You may be eligible if you:

• Individuals and entities who attended the Nov. 16, 2023, race using an eligible Thursday-only or three-day ticket purchased directly from Las Vegas Grand Prix.
• Those who received an eligible ticket from the original purchaser.
• Class members must have scanned their ticket for entry before midnight on Nov. 16, 2023.

• Proof of purchase or supporting documents

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.
