This settlement resolves claims that Las Vegas Grand Prix Inc. and Liberty Media Corp. wrongfully revoked admission to the 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix without a refund. Eligible ticket holders who scanned their ticket for entry may receive compensation.
Who qualifies
- Individuals and entities who attended the Nov. 16, 2023, race using an eligible Thursday-only or three-day ticket purchased directly from Las Vegas Grand Prix.
- Those who received an eligible ticket from the original purchaser.
- Class members must have scanned their ticket for entry before midnight on Nov. 16, 2023.
