Settlement for unwanted telemarketing calls from SiriusXM despite Do Not Call registrations.
This class action settlement resolves claims against SiriusXM for making unsolicited telemarketing calls to consumers who had registered their phone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry or SiriusXM’s internal Do Not Call list. Eligible class members can file claims by March 21, 2026.
Who qualifies
- Consumers who received more than one telemarketing call from SiriusXM within any 12-month period between April 27, 2019 and October 31, 2025.
- Consumers who had their phone number registered on the National Do Not Call Registry or SiriusXM’s internal Do Not Call list.
- Calls received on landline, wireless, cell, or mobile numbers.
