Sandoz and Fougera

Allegations of a conspiracy to raise and fix the prices of generic drugs.

This settlement resolves allegations that Sandoz Inc. and Fougera Pharmaceuticals Inc. conspired to inflate and fix prices for generic drugs. Eligible individuals and entities who indirectly purchased, paid for, or were reimbursed for generic drugs between May 1, 2009, and Dec. 31, 2019, may be entitled to a share of the $275 million settlement fund.

You may be eligible if you:

• Persons and entities in the 50 United States (except Indiana and Ohio), the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Those who indirectly purchased, paid for, or were reimbursed for generic drugs (not for resale) between May 1, 2009, and Dec. 31, 2019.

• Purchases made from May 1, 2009, to Dec. 31, 2019.
• Proof of purchase or supporting documents

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.
