This class action settlement compensates Georgia SunTrust Bank customers who were charged overdraft fees on ATM or debit card transactions between 2006 and 2014. Eligible claimants may receive payments ranging from $5 to $1,000.
Who qualifies
- Georgia residents with SunTrust Bank accounts open on or after June 1, 2010.
- Had at least one overdraft of $500 or less from ATM or debit card transactions between July 12, 2006 and April 15, 2014.
- Paid overdraft fees related to those transactions and did not receive a refund.
