This class action settlement resolves claims that Sun Pharmaceutical and Taro Pharmaceuticals engaged in antitrust practices leading to overpayment for certain generic drugs. Eligible individuals and entities in the U.S. (excluding Indiana and Ohio) who purchased, paid for, or were reimbursed for these drugs between May 1, 2009, and Dec. 31, 2019, may be eligible to file a claim.
