This settlement resolves claims that wastewater disposal wells contributed to earthquakes in Oklahoma. Property owners in Oklahoma who suffered damages from earthquakes, foreshocks, and aftershocks between January 19, 2019, and the settlement effective date may be eligible for a share of the $2.6 million settlement fund.
