Fidelity is settling a class action lawsuit alleging it failed to prevent a data breach between August 17-19, 2024, which compromised sensitive consumer information. Eligible individuals can claim documented monetary losses up to $5,000, a $100 pro rata cash payment, and a $50 California Consumer Privacy Act payment.
