This settlement addresses allegations that Amazon violated the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA) by using challenged enrollment flows and making it difficult to cancel Prime memberships. Eligible consumers who signed up or attempted to cancel between June 23, 2019, and June 23, 2025, may receive $51.
