This settlement resolves claims that Coinbase failed to adequately disclose a free entry option for its June 2021 Dogecoin Sweepstakes. Eligible U.S. participants who traded $100 or more in Dogecoin during the sweepstakes period may receive up to $17 based on their transaction records.
Who qualifies
- U.S. persons who opted into the June 2021 Dogecoin Sweepstakes.
- Bought, sold, or traded $100 or more in Dogecoin on Coinbase between June 3 and June 10, 2021.
