Alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) related to sending spam text messages to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry.

This settlement resolves claims that O’Reilly Automotive sent unsolicited text messages to consumers whose phone numbers were registered on the National Do Not Call Registry, in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Eligible consumers can claim up to $22.00.

You may be eligible if you:

• Consumers in the United States whose phone numbers were on the National Do Not Call Registry for at least 30 days.
• Consumers who received more than one text message from or on behalf of O’Reilly Automotive within a 12-month period after their number was reassigned.
