Who qualifies
- Illinois consumers with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover non-rewards credit or charge cards used at qualifying merchants between Jan. 29, 2016 and June 1, 2022.
- Visa or Mastercard debit card holders who made purchases at qualifying merchants in AL, DC, IL, KS, ME, MS, NC, OR, or UT between Jan. 29, 2015 and June 1, 2022.
- Visa or Mastercard debit card holders in KS, IL, or MS with purchases between Jan. 29, 2016 and June 1, 2022.
