This settlement resolves claims that Starkist, Lion Capital, and other tuna companies conspired to fix prices of canned tuna sold in various U.S. states and territories between 2011 and 2015. Eligible purchasers may file claims for compensation from the $152.2 million settlement fund.

• Residents of specified states and territories listed in the settlement.
• Indirect purchasers of canned tuna products smaller than 40 ounces.
• Purchases made between June 1, 2011 and July 1, 2015.
