This settlement resolves claims that the National Association of Realtors and several real estate brokerages violated antitrust laws by fixing real estate broker commissions. Homebuyers who purchased a home listed on a multiple listing service where a commission was paid to a brokerage may be eligible for a payment. A recorded property deed is required to file a claim.

You may be eligible if you:

• Consumers who purchased a home listed on a multiple listing service.
• A commission was paid to any brokerage in connection with the transaction.
• Purchases occurred within the specified class periods for their state and the involved defendants.
