This settlement resolves claims that Allina Health System allegedly tracked users of its portals and websites using pixel technology. Eligible class members can file a claim for a pro rata cash payment. The deadline to file is September 8, 2026.

You may be eligible if you:

• Allina Health portal users between Sept. 16, 2018, and May 11, 2026.
• Non-portal bill pay users during the same period.
• Non-portal scheduling users during the same period.
• Non-portal, non-bill pay, and non-scheduling patients during the same period.

• Proof is usually optional, but keep receipts if available
