Settlement addresses undisclosed agreements by Farmers Insurance affecting medical expense benefits under Minnesota’s No-Fault Act.

This settlement resolves claims that Farmers Insurance violated Minnesota law by entering undisclosed agreements with health care providers, limiting insureds' ability to use policy benefits at providers of their choice. Eligible Minnesota residents with qualifying auto insurance policies may receive a pro rata cash payout.
