You may be eligible if you received an unsolicited prerecorded call from OptumRx between April 20, 2020 and October 22, 2025 on your cell or VOIP phone.
This settlement resolves claims that OptumRx violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by making unsolicited prerecorded clinical adherence calls to non-customers on cellular or VOIP numbers.
Who qualifies
- Individuals who are not OptumRx customers or account holders.
- Received a clinical adherence call from OptumRx between April 20, 2020 and October 22, 2025.
- Call was directed to a cellular or VOIP telephone number.
- Call used an artificial or prerecorded voice.
