This class action settlement addresses claims that Navy Federal Credit Union improperly denied unauthorized electronic fund transfer (EFT) claims and failed to provide necessary documentation to account holders. Eligible members may receive a varying award.

• Navy Federal Credit Union account holders whose claims of unauthorized electronic fund transfers were denied between Oct. 10, 2022, and Aug. 20, 2025.
• Account holders who requested documents Navy Federal relied on in making its determination and did not receive them.
