Claims relate to unpaid meal and rest periods for certain AT&T employees in Washington state.

This class action settlement resolves claims that AT&T failed to pay Washington state employees for required meal and rest breaks. Eligible non-exempt employees employed between July 11, 2022 and May 6, 2026 may submit claims for a share of the $1.75 million settlement fund.

You may be eligible if you:

• Non-exempt employees of AT&T Mobility Services LLC, New Cingular Wireless PCS LLC, AT&T Enterprises LLC, AT&T Services Inc., or AT&T Inc.
• Employed in Washington state from July 11, 2022 through May 6, 2026.
