You may be eligible if you:

• Missouri counties with populations of 10,000 or more as of July 1, 2014.
• Counties that have or had ET-Plus guardrail end terminal systems with 4-inch-wide feeder shoots installed on county-owned and maintained roadways.

• Basic contact information
• Claims deadlines vary: 2023-01-09 for locating devices, 2023-10-10 for previous replacements, 2028-10-09 for device replacements.
• Proof is usually optional, but keep receipts if available

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.
