- Patients who logged into the FollowMyHealth patient portal or booked an appointment on Northwell’s website between Jan 1, 2020 and Dec 31, 2023 (Subclass 1).
- Patients who were treated by Northwell Health between Jan 1, 2020 and July 25, 2024 (Subclass 2).
