You may be eligible if you:
- All natural persons residing in the United States whose LastPass accounts were compromised in the 2022 incident.
- All companies, entities, and organizations registered in the U.S. whose LastPass accounts were compromised.
- Accounts must have contained data at the time of the incident.

Proof details
Documentation of losses (receipts, bank statements) is required. Self-prepared documents are insufficient on their own. For crypto losses, a Special Master will determine reimbursement.
If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.

- Submit documentation for any claimed losses.
