You may be eligible if you:

• Consumers who used personal credit or debit cards at Sprouts stores in the US between Aug 16, 2020 and Oct 31, 2022.
• Consumers who used EBT cards at Sprouts stores between Mar 15, 2021 and Apr 15, 2023.
• Must have received a receipt printing more than the last five digits of their card number.

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.
